Hi, I’m Samuel Awosolu — a mortgage loan advisor based in Florida, originally from New York. Before I got into lending, I worked as a physical therapist, which taught me the importance of listening carefully, staying patient, and finding solutions that truly help people move forward. For the past 4 years, I’ve worked with new and experienced real estate investors to help them achieve their goals. I’ve guided clients through DSCR loans to acquire rental properties, HELOCs to fund additions, refinances on BRRRR projects, and creative financing strategies to keep deals alive.
