I'm semi new to real estate investing. I have helped my dad invest in 3 rental properties in North Phoenix since the beginning of 2017 and I currently manage them for him. I am looking to start acquiring my own however, I am looking into investing out of state. My goal is cash flow to generate long term stability, security and early retirement.
