About myself
Experience: I have been a licensed contractor for 15 years and partnered with many of the realtors in my community to either help get homes ready for sale or do upgrades for new home owners. I am currently doing my first deals right now (Jan, 2018) A flip and a BRRR. Stay tuned Real Estate Goals: I plan to transition from owner of a residential painting co. to full time real estate investor through flipping and long term buy and hold. Currently Seeking: Looking for off market properties that have strong BRRR potential.
