My name is Sam White and I am a Cash Flow real estate investor. I have purchased many different properties using many different strategies. I love talking hunting, fishing and of course real estate. Three full time sub contractors that do maintenance on rentals and work on remodels. My business acquired a self storage facility with an undeveloped acre we will be building boat storage on.
