Buy and hold and Fix and Flip investor looking for value add properties in the greater Raleigh area and on Oahu. I live in Honolulu where I'm also a real estate agent working in property management, we manage ~50 STR, MTR, and LTR properties in Hawaii. I love reading books, listening to podcasts, and networking to continue to learn as much as I can while also adding value to others.
