I’ve done my first HouseHack in 2013 before I even knew that I’m doing it - I rented one of my rooms on Airbnb. From July 2016-June 2019 I moved abroad and rented out the same house (with a positive Cashflow). It became my primary residence before I sold it in February 2021. My next purchase was a Duplex that I am currently househacking. I'm also a CPA specializing in Tax Planning for RE Investors. I’m looking forward to connecting with you!
