I’m Sandy Lee. I spent more than 30 years in engineering and construction before retiring early through my real estate investments. Over the past several years I’ve built Distilled Destinations, a multi-state portfolio of short-term rentals in Alabama, Texas, North Carolina, and Colorado. I run every part of the business myself and rely heavily on data—revenue modeling, market analysis, occupancy trends, and operational KPIs—to keep each property profitable and positioned for long-term growth. That analytical approach is what led me to create STR JumpStart, a masterclass built around the financial frameworks and systems I use in my own portfolio.
