I live in Northern KY but grew up on the Cincinnati side of the Ohio river starting with a 4 family my parents house-hacked. They were definitely ahead of their time. I started with house-hacking a duplex and then took a 10-year break but went back to investing in 2015. I have some great investing connections in the area and am always willing to help others. Experience: I started out with a duplex househack as our first house in 1994 and kept it as a complete rental for 10 years but sold it as we got busy with work and family. I got back into RE in 2015. Now I invest in student rentals, short term rentals, syndications, private lending, etc. Real Estate Goals: Interested in more hands off deals as I transition into retirement.
