Have been investing for just over 8 years. Mostly in Hayward, California. And some in Houston. Primary goal was to reach $20k+/month cash flow from rental income in order to leave the tech W2 job for good and be financially free. Achieved that in early 2016 and quit the high paying hi tech job! Figuring out the next goal now :) Meanwhile expanding my portfolio by involving partners..
