Currently work for CraftsmanRE based in Oklahoma City as a Property & Process manager trying to find more efficient ways to better serve the needs of the tenant and property owners. I previously worked in the Oil and gas industry as a CNC Machinist manufacturing oil & gas valves. Having done this for 8 years and the ups and downs of recent years in the oil field I decided to pursue a career in real estate. I am currently house hacking as tenants pay my mortgage I can use my previous rent payment for future investment goals. I currently also invest in Stocks and Cryptocurrency . My year end goal is to be well diversified in these 3 sectors and to plan to build my Real estate portfolio. Although cryptocurrency is fairly new and each serve their purpose. I believe in the near future, the use of smart contracts such as ones that you can create from Ethereum and other platforms, can reduce the process of buying and selling a house and make housing more accessible.
