After living broke for the first 15 years of my adult life, I threw my hands up and "quit life" as I call it. I got rid of everything I owned and moved into my '98 Pathfinder with a rooftop tent and traveled the States and Baja for a year. With nothing left in the bank account I landed in Vegas where I took an awesome job living and working on a 14ac horse ranch. Once I started having money, I finally started thinking about how to grow it - for the first time in my life I saw opportunities open up for me that I always thought were for "someone else". So, at 37 I started reading about F.I.R.E and putting those practices into play. Summer of '17 I started my own business flipping raw land and am trying to grow the business while learning all there is to learn about running a business, running *this* business, and trying to cram in other information to help my money grow. I would like to invest in other areas and am trying to learn as much as I can about where and how to make that happen!
