About myself
I'm a former 1031 exchange accommodator, who after not surviving the downtown, achieved my dream of becoming a real estate investor. Now, I am a stay at home mom of 4 with 10 investment properties (buy and hold) which was my goal. Now I'm setting my new goal and looking into rehab and/or multi-family deals.
