After owning and running a successful flip and wholesale investment company in Northwest Arkansas, I have moved to Tampa, FL to continue my full-time investment strategy. I'm currently heading up aquisitions for 365 Property Partners, a successful real estate investment company in Tampa, FL. Experience: I've done two flips and one wholesale deal in Northwest Arkansas. I'm also currently wholesaling four lots in Bella Vista, AR. Real Estate Goals: Do at least 14 wholesale deals in the Tampa Bay market within this next year. Currently Seeking: We are marketing aggressively for wholesale deals. Having been a rehabber, I fully understand the numbers other rehabbers need to achieve. I will NOT waste your time with properties that don't offer you at least a 30% profit above purchase rehab costs.
