My husband and I have established ourselves in the short term rental market in East Tennessee and are now looking to diversify with longterm rentals in different markets. We are very interested in the Idaho Falls, ID, Salt Lake City, UT, and Weatherford, TX markets. Experience: My husband Tony and I own and manage 3 cabins in the Smoky Mountains. We really enjoy short term rentals! Real Estate Goals: Our real estate goals are to be able to live off of the income from our rental properties.
