Hi there, I just learned about this site and have been impressed with both the responsiveness and thoroughness of replies. I am a real estate newbie but quite tenacious and I'm committed to becoming successful as an investor. I took a Wealth Intelligence class on Foreclosure plus another three-day seminar on becoming an investor and shaping my financial foundation much differently. I have a friend who I'll be working with and we would love to attract a mentor to guide us. Since Portland, Oregon has a great number of foreclosures right now, this is my focus right now. I'd like to wholesale initially so I' want to work with other investors and private money.
