I'm a real estate broker, investor, and business owner based in Southern Oklahoma, with a passion for building wealth through real estate and helping others do the same. I own Southern Oklahoma Realty and co-own Property Management Solutions with my business partner, Shelley Clements. Together, we've grown our property management company to oversee approximately 700 rental properties. My experience spans just about every corner of real estate, including residential and commercial sales, farms and ranches, investment properties, fix-and-flips, land acquisitions and subdivisions, real estate development, and auctions. I especially enjoy finding the hidden potential in a property, whether that's repositioning an existing asset, dividing land into smaller tracts, or developing something entirely new. I'm also the organizer of the Southern Oklahoma Real Estate Investors Association (REIA), where we bring investors together to share opportunities, exchange ideas, and learn strategies for growing their portfolios. One of the things I love most about real estate is that no two deals are exactly alike. I enjoy solving problems, identifying opportunities others might overlook, and connecting the right people to make things happen. There's always something new to learn, and that's part of what keeps it exciting! I'm always happy to connect with fellow investors, lenders, developers, and industry professionals.
