Buy and hold small multifamily investor, currently with 2 duplexes in Missoula, MT. Looking to acquire small to medium size value-add multifamily (4-20 units) properties in the greater Missoula area. I'm also civil engineering specializing in coastal and hydraulic analysis. I have worked on many flood analysis projects and very familiar with river and coastal flood risks, and the FEMA flood map process.
