Moved to Richmond VA with my family in 2016 from USVI. I purchased my first rental in 2004 in Houston Texas. I bought to live in but then got a job transfer to St Croix in 2005 so rented it out. Since moving back to the states, I quit my day job in the maritime industry & I have been working at building my REI portfolio. I have flipped houses, manage my own properties, own multi-family & single families houses. My main goal in REI is to acquire buy and hold properties through the BRRRR method. Besides real estate investing my hobbies include photography, yoga, running, biking, traveling, cooking decorating & spending time with my family exploring nature!
