I own my own property management company and manage about 45 residential rental units. I also own 2 rentals (a duplex and SFH). I've done one flip that was super successful and would be interested in doing more, it is hard to find a good/reliable contractor for large-scale projects. My goal is to expand my personal rental portfolio by 1-2 properties/year for the next 10 years.
