I am fairly new to real estate investing, it began in 2014 when my brother brought me in to renovate and design one of his rental properties to operate as an Airbnb unit. I was hooked! I have since renovated and designed several more properties for short-term rental. I also manage all of the properties on various short-term rental sites. Then, together, we formed a real estate holding company and purchased 2 acres of commercial property in Butchertown. I am a jack of all trades with real estate, but I love the renovation and interior design side! I am looking to build my portfolio with single family, multifamily, and commercial real estate, but am also open to flipping. My goal is to be financially independent with passive income from rental property investments. By day, I am a CPA, which compliments the real estate business very well. I have been simplifying finances for small businesses, nonprofits, and individuals for almost 20 years.
