New first year Investor. I have dabbled in buy and hold with LLCs both in state and out of state (Nebraska & Michigan) I have also used convential loans and funding, as well as Fund& Grow for business lines of credit. I have recently moved from Nebraska to San Angelo TX and I am looking to try my hand at wholesaling - any and all advice is always welcome and if there is ever a way I can help someone else I'd be happy to, just reach out!
