I am new to the real estate world. I am hoping to buy my first duplex by the end of 2018. The plan is to live in the duplex and then begin to acquire more properties with time. I have read a lot of real estate books in the last 6 months that have given me a great base, but now I am ready to start networking and analyzing properties.
