I'm a new real estate investor who started a property preservation company this Summer and am now wholesaling as well. My goal is to build generational wealth for me and my 3 children and show them how to do the same thing to repeat the cycle. My goals within real estate is to build capital to purchase multi-unit properties and to purchase properties in different vacation places and rent them out.
