Robert Karnes

Married for 28 years with 8 children. We hideout in the WV mountains. My background is information technology. For 30 years I worked all over North America on a variety of IT projects. I have shifted gears over the last 5 years. I own about a dozen homes with 3 used as STR the rest are long-term rentals. I currently own two small self-storage facilities and recently flipped one in TX after taking it from 38% to 100% occupancy. The STRs is relatively new starting late 2021.
