I am a rental property investor based out of California. I am a full-time software engineer by profession working in the Bay Area, CA. Being a huge fan of "Rich Dad, Poor Dad", I stumbled upon real estate as a way to become financially independent in late 2018. I acquired my first rental property in Sacramento in Nov 2020 and partnered to buy one more long term rental at Elk Grove in Mar 2021. My short term goal is to broaden my knowledge and experience in rental property investing, especially in the long-distance, private money and residential multi-family space. My long term goal is to be financially independent and help others with their financial goals.
