I love Real Estate and I am building a Real Estate empire through creative financing and a shit load of patience!! My primary business is Construction. I've been self employed since 2009, specializing in providing Home Modifications for individuals that are in need of assisted living due to either physical or mentally disability. These people require ADA Compliant modifications within their home and are able to achieve this through State Programs. There is an amazing sense of accomplishment in helping people to achieve their independence within the comfort of their home. I love it!! By implementing and surrounding myself with the right systems it has really given me more opportunity to dedicate my time in pursuing my long term passion of REI and am dedicating myself to investing in large multifamily investments through syndication throughout the country. My team and i have created a private equity fund and now we looking for additional systems to plug into our playbook. I am always looking to learn and I am always studying the game!! I am always willing to mix it up with anyone willing to share knowledge. Lets connect!!
