Began with buying two SF Homes on same lot in 1996 and I've held as many as 14 properties at once that were mostly rentals but a couple of flips and even one wholesale before the mortgage fiasco in '08 got me out of actively looking for more property. I was barely able to hold on to the properties I had during that time. I currently have a few SF homes and now coming around to try to locate a few more properties.
