I have been on the construction side of the equation for many years. It is time to step away from that side of things and all the vagaries that come with that, and into the investing side of the equation, and all the vagaries that come with that! Experience: My experience is primarily building or remodeling the product. I bought, rehabbed and then refinanced my current digs 3 times on my own.
