Shea McCavit

I am IT professional who invests in buy and hold properties around the Indianapolis and Metro Detroit area. My brother and I started investing around 2014 and have so far acquired five buy and hold properties. We are interested in continuing to expand our portfolio in either the Indy or Metro Detroit area. We are also currently looking to expand our network of wholesalers and private money lenders. My brother and I typically look for SFHs between 50-100k in A to B- neighborhoods. Ideally the property would have built in equity.
