Hi, we are Frank and Anne Marie Gucciardo, owners of Sound Bound Properties. We were both born and raised in the beautiful Hudson Valley of New York and after we were married 17 years ago, decided to remain here to raise our family. We chose to start our journey into real estate in the same Hudson Valley that we love and call home. With it’s easy access to New York City, beautiful scenery, family owned farms, historical sites, a vibrant art and music scene, thriving restaurants, colleges and educational opportunities, and much more, the choice was easy. Whether it’s providing a family with quality housing, working with a private investor to provide a sound investment vehicle for their money, or giving back to our community and causes we hold dear, we commit to putting in the effort to be successful - all-day every-day. Experience: We own two rental properties with four total units. Actively seeking new properties to acquire and trying new strategies. Real Estate Goals: Short Term - Double our units by August 2018 Long Term - Develop multiple streams of cash flow to support our goals of giving back to the community and supporting the lifestyle we want to live when we decide to retire. Currently Seeking: Buy and Hold properties in Ulster, Orange, and Dutchess Counties in New York. We are also open to flip/rehab opportunities.
