I am originally from Texas. I recently completed my MBA and am currently a management consultant. I have previously worked in tech sales and private equity. Experience: While I do not have a ton of real estate experience, I have spent time analyzing companies and preparing them for sale. Additionally, I am also well rounded in equities markets. I hope that this financial grounding will transfer over to real estate and in particular valuing NPNs. Real Estate Goals: Within the next 6 to 12 months, I am interested in purchasing notes, and partnering to invest in properties. Currently Seeking: I am currently interested in discussing the ins and outs of multi family investing, out of state note investing, and potentially available as a hard money lender.
