My primary real estate investment vehicle is vacant land. I purchase and re-sell lots in many areas of the country. My preferred parcel size is 20-40 acres, but I will look at any property. I purchase and resell lots, wholesale lots (assign contracts), and sell lots via owner financing. I also own a fourplex in Duluth, MN. I am always looking for vacant lots to acquire and for partners to joint-venture with me in land deals that I source.
