I'm twenty three years old, and Real Estate got me five years ago when my friend excitedly told me about his new discovery called "Bigger Pockets". I think he dropped it a few months later, but I couldn't :) My wife, myself and our son are currently living in Brooklyn, and I work in Brooklyn as well. We are actively looking to pursue Real Estate investing through "buying and holding", and are currently looking at Multi-family's that we could house hack. We have our search centered on New Rochelle, NY. (Any connections are welcome!) I love the idea of being able to create your own team of people, people you can call your inner circle.
