I am a Software Developer by day and a Wholesaler by night. I've been programming for the past 12 years and leverage my skills to help systematize some of the repetitive tasks for my real estate business. I have a wife of 6 years and an 18 month old son who is the greatest thing that has ever happened to me. I want to show him as he grows up what never giving up means and how hard work can give you freedom. Experience: I've been wholesaling for the past 3 years as a side hustle until I can move on from my 9 to 5 job. I live and play in New Jersey where you have to work hard to make anything happen. I currently run the marketing efforts while my partner does the ground work. We started out dealing with Out-of-State owners and have recently moved on to Probate properties. The switch has been good! Real Estate Goals: My goals in real estate are to create a business where we can consistently get 2 to 3 wholesale deals each month as well as rehab 1 or 2 houses a year. Currently Seeking: Properties in the Northern and Central New Jersey area. To network with like minded investors in my area and across the country.
