Hello everyone. I have recently discovered BiggerPockets Podcast no more than a month ago. I have been hooked ever since. I am 27 years old and I am a graduate of Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD ATL). I recently made my first major purchase of my newly constructed home in April (which I plan to use the equity I've gained to capitalize on my first investment multifamily property). I have been reading the Bigger Pockets books and listening to all the Podcasts. I still have a lot more episodes to listen to lol. I am very eager to embark on this new journey of becoming a Real Estate Investor. I am all for networking and gaining knowledge from the experienced users here. I am brand new to this field but I plan on gaining knowledge and experience through execution of the techniques the founders have laid out.
