Scott Allocco

After watching and learning from my dad's real estate investing, I always wanted to get involved. After graduate school I moved to Charlotte and bought my first condo, which my wife and I kept as a rental, in 2004. My real estate attorney wife and I have added to our investments together and continue to pursue more. I hold a BA in economics and MBA in finance and am able to draw on that knowledge as well as what I read in books and sites like this, plus what I learn from other investors. I work full-time in the investment industry, which gives us a cash advantage, but my goal is to be an independent investor.
