Hello BP community! I'm a professional pilot and software developer, now looking to build passive income with real estate throughout Washington State and beyond. In 2016, I purchased and rehabbed my first home in Seattle, a 1920s Craftsman. I fell in love with the process of fixing up historic houses, breathing new life into older neighborhoods and preserving our architectural heritage while building wealth at the same time.
