My name is Scott. First off, thanks for checking my profile out! I am a fairly newbie investor in RRE. Bought my first property at 24 and have purchased three SFH since. Doing ok, as far as appreciation goes. However, definitely learning on the fly, as far as the property management aspect goes (maintenance, finding tenants, etc).
