Scott Donahue

Scott is a buy and hold single family REI using the BRRRR method in the greater Indianapolis area. He he has a full-time W2 job and is actively building a residential portfolio and educating himself on commercial real estate with the intent of making the switch in late 2019. He started investing in real estate in June of 2019 after a colleague recommended the Bigger Pockets community. His goal is to generate enough money from his real estate portfolio to cover the cost of his living expenses. He is interested connecting with like minded investors, real estate agents, wholesalers, lenders, property managers and contractors in the Indy area.
