WHOLESALER & BROKER I live in the greater Telluride resort area. I have been investing in real estate since 2004. I focus mainly on the Montrose-Ridgway-Delta-Telluride markets. Currently I am a licensed RE broker with Telluride Realty, as well as investor and wholesaler in the region. I have assembled a great team, and are happy to help you from purchase to rehab to closing. Originally I am from Jacksonville Florida, and moved to Telluride in 1997. I love living in the mountains and enjoy everything they have to offer. Telluride is one of the most beautiful places in the lower 48 states. Now I am mainly an Investor and developer and rehabber here on the western slope of Colorado. We have completed over 30 renovations in last 18 months with some lease backs and rentals, as well as renovations and flips.
