Started in real estate about 15 years ago, working for a company that oversaw appraisals for banks. After that I went to work for a property management company, (that was curupt and terrible) after some time started my own management company. Now I only manage my own properties and a few others. I enjoy wholesaling properties as well as flipping properties, but have several buy and hold house. Long term I'd like to get to the point that I have two or three larger apartments (50-250 units)
