I raise capital for awesome real estate opportunities as an experienced rehabber, landlord, and operator. Looking to make connections with others that have similar interests and build relationships where we can work together, while helping others build their businesses and grow. Experience: Rehabbing for 10+ years, own multiple properties including a small apartment building. Real Estate Goals: Raise more capital, flip more properties, own more assets including apartments, sf, and mf homes. Starting lease option opportunities. Currently Seeking: Private funding and Capital, others to JV with or that have services we can swap with, finding more properties.
