I’m a full time chiropractor that is leveraging my time, talents, and treasures into passive investing. From 2015-2017 my wife and I were able to flip a house we bought, remodeled, and sold for a $110,000 profit. Shortly after we partnered with another couple and bought a short sale, 4 unit (1 commercial, 4 residential’s) property which we BRRR’ed and currently producing positive cash flow. In 2017, I bought my first duplex with my nephew/business partner, and within a year accumulated 13 doors all BRRR’ed, rented and we’re getting amazing cash flow. I’ve spent tons of time reading, listening to podcasts, and trying to help others get started. We are now scaling and have a goal of having 50 doors by the end of 2019. I’m here to learn, help others, as I believe the rising tide lifts all ship. We have started an REIA group in Central Eastern Pennsylvania, The Pocono region and all are welcome.
