I have a computer business here in Safety Harbor. I work from home mostly, since I can often remote in to clients' computers to fix them. But sometimes I do go onsite for repairs or consultation. I do a weekly "Computer Tutor Tips" podcast every Monday morning. My primary pastime is being involved with ultramarathons. I did my own first ultra back in November 2014 (40.1 miles) and my goal race this year (2015) is to complete 100k in a 24-hour race on Halloween. I also do a weekly podcast (Ultrafinishers) where I interview regular, everyday people who have completed an ultramarathon. I've been interested in real estate for some time now, but up to this point have not really done anything with it. Now I'm ready, particularly with the continued trend away from desktops and laptops (meaning less demand for repair). I really don't want to move into repairing tablets and phones. Instead, I want to start now by focusing on wholesaling. I want to both educate myself and master this, as well as take action and make some deals happen.
