Experience: I have been in the construction business off and on throughout my life and have owned my own business since 2008. Through the process of working in my industry as well as working with flippers I have had the unique opportunity to work through a lot of the processes that go into the rehab process. Between being a business owner, being a part of my HOA and a property manager. I feel like I'm ready to make investing happen. Real Estate Goals: My goals are to invest in multi family preferably in my local markets. I am also interested in investing outside of my market where the possibility of buy and hold and flipping may be more attainable in the single family market. Currently Seeking: I am currently looking to partner up with someone interested in the multi family space. I would like to add value to the deal with my expertise in the construction business as well as my experience in property management
