I am a software developer and a beginner real estate investor. After many years of reading about real estate investing, My wife and I now own 3 rental properties, and plan to continue investing in rental properties, to augment and later replace our salaried income. My strategy is to buy and hold 1-2 properties a year, then begin paying them off, to achieve financial freedom once those assets pay enough for us to live on. I am also interested in software development and automation tools in this industry, and expect to expand into this area more as I continue upon my real estate investment journey. I’m glad to have found this site, and am hoping to meet others with similar interests and learn and have fun.
