I'm interested in developing a solid relationship with syndication sponsors through 506 (b) offerings in multifamily properties, MHC's and self-storage assets as a passive investor. Also an active owner in small scale multifamily properties. Desired markets are Reno, Nevada and Columbus, Ohio.
