New(ish) investor that has done two investments in Israel on my own and three with partners in Pennsylvania in my first 18 months of investing. Looking to invest more in PA and a few other states such as Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Arizona, Colorado, Texas, Florida, etc. My financial background brings me to believe that a real estate portfolio should be diversified like any good stock portfolio. I obtained my CFA designation in 2021 and worked in finance for 10 years prior to this real estate journey. Looking to mainly BRRRR but open to other opportunities.
