I've been investing in Multi-Families since 2010. I grew my portfolio to 37 units in a few short years. I then obtained my Real Estate license and started helping other investors, like myself, realize the power of investing in multi-family properties. I own and operate Northern Properties Realty Group, based out of Manchester, NH. Our realty sales business is affiliated with eXp Realty. I continue to look at additional opportunities in my market & continue to work with like-minded investors as their agent. I’m also a recent cancer survivor and I donate 5% of my annual earnings to local cancer centers in New Hampshire.
