Scott Nidell

Looking to get into real estate investing in my local area of Austin and the surrounding towns. I'm currently working on saving some capital to invest and actively seeking a mentor in my area. My skill set is pretty spread out among technology. Currently, I am a full stack software engineer at a local tech company. Previously, I have been a New Product Integration Engineer for electrical control systems and Electrical Engineer for pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical control systems for the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety industry. I love developing automation through software and hardware, working with my hands and building great systems. I've plumbed high pressure hydraulic and pneumatic systems along with electrical control systems ranging from 3.3v to 600-volt supplies. I love to learn and I believe my current skills will translate well to real estate and rehabbing. I have been following bigger pockets and their podcast for almost a year now along with reading and educating myself on the processes. I;m extremely trainable and if your a mentor looking for a mentee I would love to meet you.
